DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SECTION 1 - SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping is via Courier. Couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. If delivery to a PO box is required please select one of the Australia Post options (below)
East Coast - MEL, SYD, BNE
2-5 business days
East Coast - Regional
3-6 business days
South Australia, Tasmania
5-8 business days
Western Australia, Northern Territory
5-12 business days
Our Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you require delivery to a PO Box, or have unreliable courier deliveries please select one of the Australia Post options.
Deliveries to NT, WA and SA are considerably faster using Australia Post (normally 2-5 days)
If fast delivery is required please select the EXPRESS POST option. Express Post will ensure that you receive your box in the quickest time possible. Normally 1-2 business days depending on your location
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
5 Box FMD is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SECTION 5 - DAMAGES
5 Box FMD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please photograph any damaged goods, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICYInternational shipping is available on request. Please email us or chat with us via Facebook messenger.
