Day 5 You’re almost there. Don’t be tempted to break the diet and undo all your good work. This is where your body is working hard, shedding all those unwanted cells. Your body will reward you for it afterwards.
Most people find today the most challenging as your brain gets used to burning fat instead of glucose for fuel (or possibly caffeine withdrawal). The hunger pangs will pass and they often give way to a Zen like experience. Just relax.
Day 1 is designed to ease you into the fast so there's a little bit more food in this box than days 2-5. Enjoy the nourishment, easy meal preparation and no dishes to wash.
