Welcome to day 3

Your fast should get much easier from now on. That feeling of rejuvenation is not far away now.

Breakfast:

  • Coconut Dream Caramel bar
  • Tomato juice
  • Green tea

Remember to drink plenty of water all through the diet

Snacks:

  • Mocha Energy bar
  • Ginger kick tea

Lunch:

  • Potato & Leek Soup
  • Carrot and Pepita Flats

Dinner:

  • Mexican Quinoa meal 

Before Bed:

  • Sweet Dreams evening tea
