Welcome to day 4

Things should be much easier now. You should find your brain shifting into overdrive today. Just relax and enjoy the ride. ☺

Breakfast:

  • Banana, coconut, walnut chia breakfast slice 
  • Green tea

Remember to drink plenty of water all through the fast.

Snacks:

  • Coconut Dream Banana Cocoa bar
  • Ginger kick tea

Enjoy your snacks any time you feel hungry. 

Lunch:

  • Tomato and Basil Soup
  • Mixed nuts

Dinner:

  • Vegetable and Lentil Quinoa

Before Bed:

  • Sweet Dreams evening tea
