Welcome to day 5

You’re almost there. 

Don’t be tempted to break the diet and undo all your good work. 

This is where your body is working hard, shedding all those unwanted cells. Your body will reward you for it afterwards.

Breakfast:

  • Tomato juice
  • Green Tea

Snacks:

  • Dried apricots
  • Mixed nuts
  • Ginger kick tea
  • Kalamata Olives  

Suggestion: save some olives to add to your soup and quinoa

Enjoy your snacks any time you feel hungry. 


Lunch:

  • Potato and Leek Soup 

Dinner:

  • Mediterranean Quinoa

Before Bed:

  • Sweet Dreams evening tea
