Welcome to 5 Box! 

Congratulations on making an excellent longevity choice. 

The instructions for each day are provided in each box. 

At the bottom of each day sheet there is a QR code that will take you to a page with more information and suggestions to make sure you get the most out of your fast.

Day 1 -  is designed to ease you into the fast. The total number of carbohydrates, proteins and fats are higher in day one than for days 2-5.

Days 1, 3 and 5 - have tomato juice included to help provide nutrient support. These can be chilled beforehand or you can just add ice.

Every day - 3 herbal teas are included to enhance the process. If you find yourself feeling really hungry you can add more non-caffeinated teas to your diet to help you to relax and ease any cravings.

Mix and match your daily meals to suit your lifestyle. Just make sure that you maintain the daily macronutrient ratio and calorie count. For instance, some people prefer larger meals in the middle of the day.

Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the diet

If you do feel unwell at any time you should cease the diet and contact your doctor.

You may experience caffeine withdrawal headaches if you are a regular coffee or tea drinker.
